I'm a Fellow (Emeritus) of the American College of Bankruptcy, which has just filed this most helpful Amicus Brief in the Court on the issue of plan releases raised in the Purdue appeal. The College's brief clearly articulates three principles with which, surely, no Justice could disagree. Bravo!
